Dr. Liott had been investing for years in his local SEO and had earned one of the top, page 1 spots in Google. His site had an exceptional ranking and he had the history of over 30 years in the community and plenty of 5-star reviews to back him up, his website was still a pain point for him.
It had been built on a template by an industry specific website company and looked just like many other local chiropractic sites, right down to the stock photography. It also had lots of blank pages and a confusing and convoluted navigation and it didn’t communicate the warmth, experience or friendliness of Dr. Liott and his staff.
